Modern House in Paris
The choice was determined by the architectural significant influence of the built environment and landscape. Thus, in order to preserve the visual relationships and to control the complex correlation between the present architecture, it was decided to divide the land into three bands, oriented east to west.
The first partition is defined as a garden, is part of the continuity of the strip of land above and continues until the entry of pedestrians. The desire to preserve a strip is not built to the bottom of the site enables the idea of cross empty, and assess the new neighborhood.
The second building is the strip lengthwise, and the third, the asphalt, allowing access to the garage. The main volume of the building is the centerpiece of the plot, grouping together the bedrooms on the top floor in two volumes perpendicular to the main body.
The decks offer a panoramic view of Paris.
